It was the Sunday before the School of Rock Worship begins and we led worship at our host church, Sonlife Community Church in Salisbury Maryland.
We had a joyful morning with an “explosion of unusual-ness.”
Besides little ol’ me as guest worship leader, our team also included Jillian Harding as guest guitar / vocal. It was a significant day in the life of the church as the new pastor Chris Martin and his wife were there for their first Sunday. The teaching however was from guest speaker Dr. Jim Fox, the headmaster at Salisbury Christian School. He gave a brilliant message that was a great encouragement to the church as they begin their new season together.
It was an awesome and joyful service.
