Usually I don’t blog about non-worship related stuff, but today I gotta make an exception.
I’ve been wanting a simple one-page “branding” or landing page for a while. But it was … complicated.
About.me has made it so simple and easy to use.
Best of all, it’s free.
If you’re just getting started building a Platform, this is a great first step to get in the game.
The magic is having a decent photo.
This one was shot last summer on my missions trip in an abandoned Communist printing factory in Timisoara, Romania by the amazing photographer Sorin Popa.
That was an adventure! Remind me to tell you the story in comments.
But About.me also has free “generic” backgrounds you can use. Everything else is built-in to the site. Cool fonts, very flexible design.
Mine is still a work in progress. I’ll tweak on this copy and add the “Coaching” link
But, hey it was super easy to make. You can do it too.
I can’t think of a reason not to recommend it. Can you?
