Hope in The Lord Sunrise 2-20-15

Hope is the fuel that keeps us going. When our hope is in the Lord, then we have all the resources we need.

Some people have a vague hope that “things will get better”, but this is rooted in nothing.

Actually, things may get worse. But if our hope is in the One True God, we are not dismayed. Hope in the Lord is an expression of trust.

When we have real hope, then it is possible for us to “keep His way”. Then we can obey God in the small things, in the secret times and places that only He sees.

We we hope in God and keep His ways, He makes a promise in the second half of this verse (Psalm 37:24)

He will exalt you to inherit the land (NIV)

He will honor you by giving you the land (NOG)

Before your very eyes you will see the end of the wicked. (VOICE)

He will lift you up!
