Sunday Setlist April 14, 2013

It was a busy Sunday at HFUMC.

Sunday’s Setlists Contemporary Service (10:45am)

Youth Praise Team with Rob Still & Travis Birch

  • Lifting My Hands Up
  • One Thing Remains
  • Apostles Creed
  • The Stand
    • Message:   (Randy Goodman)
  • How Deep The Fathers Love
    • Offering
  • Forever Reign
    • Benediction
  • Hold Us Together

Traditional Service (8:15)

We were honored to have John G. Elliott accompany us on piano and organ.

  • Rejoice the Lord is King
  • Tis So Sweet To Trust In Jesus
  • Anthem: Surely The Presence of The Lord Is In This Place / Oh Lord You’re Beautiful
  • Trust and Obey

Shop Talk

This was my second time directing the choir in the Traditional Service back in the beautiful renovated sanctuary.  The choir sounded very good and we were very blessed with the spectacular skills of John G. Elliott on the organ and piano.

Then had a blast  jamming with the youth band at the contemporary service.

There was a potluck supper afterwards. Of course, we shared a lot of live music from our very talented community. (It is Nashville after all!)

A very good day.

Get Inspired! New Devotional Series

In other news, it’s been a rich spiritually week with the launch of my new morning devotional series. I invite you to join me on the journey from Easter to Pentecost!  Of course it’s free!

I’m getting great feedback on these daily devotionals exploring resurrection spirituality.

I’d love to hear from you! Leave a comment.
