At long last, the School of Rock Worship has launched! Below is the report on the News blog of the SORW website. We had a fantastic first day, great kids, incredible staff. We worked hard, played hard, and worshiped harder.

Heart:

For the “Heart” track, we’re exploring the Life of David – a man after God’s heart. We discussed these 6 qualities of David’s heart that God found attractive based on Psalm 23. David had

  4. A Confident Heart
  5. A Grateful Heart
  6. A Decided Heart

Head:

For the “Head” track we explored the basics of vocal technique, rhythm and music theory using the Nashville Number system.
